Refunds

Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel a renewal and haven't really used it since, email us within 14 days at hello@dearly.chat and we'll refund that charge.
Charges show up on your card statement as DEARLY.CHAT.
Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
Your statutory rights (for example EU/UK consumer law) always apply on top of this.
